Processing Times

Lost / Delayed Packages

Once an item is shipped, carrier delays may occur. If your package is lost or stuck in transit, contact us at support@wearbambe.com and we'll assist you right away.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Returns

10-Day Return Policy

At Bambé, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely in love with your purchase, we offer a 10-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

* Unused, unworn, and untouched

* In their original condition

* Returned with all original packaging, including jewelry boxes, pouches, cards, and tags

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

* Earrings

* Any item that shows signs of wear or damage

* Items missing original packaging

How to Request a Return

* Order number

* Item(s) you'd like to return

* Reason for return Our customer support team will respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Please allow 3-7 business days for processing after we receive your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

* The item arrived damaged

* The wrong item was received

If so, Bambé will cover return shipping.
